Liverpool have reached a full agreement with Paris Saint-Germain to sign French forward Bradley Barcola in a blockbuster deal worth up to £123 million.

The agreement, which was finalised after documents were exchanged on Thursday and approved on Friday, brings the 23-year-old attacker to the Premier League in one of the biggest transfers of the summer window.

Barcola has already said his goodbyes in Paris and is understood to be travelling to Merseyside ahead of his medical, which is scheduled for Sunday.

Liverpool will pay £106 million in a fixed fee, with a further £17 million available in performance-related add-ons, taking the total value of the package to a potential £123 million.

The French international has agreed a five-year contract running until June 2031, with only the completion of his medical standing between him and an official announcement.

Barcola's arrival represents a huge statement of intent from Liverpool as they reshape their attacking options for the new season.

He joins a new-look forward line featuring Cody Gakpo, Rio Ngumoha and Victor Muñoz, following the club's other major attacking acquisition, Alexander Isak.

During his time with the Parisian giants, he made 152 appearances, scoring 39 goals and providing 37 assists. He was also part of PSG's squad that lifted the Champions League in consecutive seasons.

Now, the highly-rated winger is heading for England, with Liverpool securing his signature in a deal that could ultimately make him one of the most expensive players in the club's history.

The transfer is not yet officially announced, with Barcola's medical still to be completed.

But the agreement is done.
